You are worth the investment.
I get it. You have a family to think about it and a budget to maintain. The kids likely need new clothes (again) and you wonder how therapy will fit into your budget. You’re here because you want to make changes and are ready to enjoy life and motherhood and find your balance. This begins by investing in yourself and in therapy because you deserve to life the life you want.
As a mom you are the foundation of the family. When you take the time and money to invest in yourself, everybody wins. Improving your mental health can have a ripple effect on the family and improve the way we parent, the example we set for our kids through a healthier relationship, model self-care, and find harmony and balance in the family.
Therapy is a short-term investment for a long term gain.
Our work together is not designed to be permanent. Therapy helps empower you with tools, strategies, and support to help you confidently enter the next chapter of your life.
There is so much we can accomplish together in just a few months and we’ll talk about your goals and your progress all along the way. Some clients do stay with me long term, but most importantly, we’ll make sure that our work, structure, and frequency are a good fit for you.
- Initial Consultation: FREE (click here to book now)
- 50-minute individual therapy session: $190
- I do reserve a limited amount of sliding scale spots with reduced fees for those who qualify. Therapy can be so helpful and payment shouldn’t be a barrier. Let’s chat about sliding scale options or help you get connected to another therapist as needed.

I accept all HSA (Health Spending Accounts), FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
If you would like to use insurance, you may utilize you out-of-network benefits for our sessions together.
All payments for services must be paid upfront at the start of each session. I can provide you with an invoice or super bill to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. Once the out-of-network deductible has been met, clients often get a significant percentage of sessions covered. You would personally cover the cost of each session and then seek subsequent reimbursement from your insurance provider.
While I do recommend that you contact your insurance provider to find out about your out-of-network coverage, you may have questions about what to ask. I can help!
Does this sound confusing? Don’t worry. I’ve figured out how to navigate this and can give you step by step questions to ask so you don’t have to do this alone. You can book your free 15-min consultation call with me as a first step to help you prepare for that conversation!
Your designated hour is your financial responsibility; therefore you agree to pay the full fee for your appointment for the duration of our therapeutic arrangement. I require 24hrs notice for cancellations. If you do not cancel at least 24hrs prior to your scheduled session time, you will be charged for the full fee of the session. You are not required to pay for sessions that I cancel. I will make every effort to alert you of planned vacation times in advance and will give as much notice as possible for any unexpected urgent need to reschedule.
