You are worth the investment.
I get it. You have a family to think about it and a budget to maintain. The kids likely need new clothes (again) and you wonder how therapy will fit into your budget. You’re here because you want to make changes and are ready to enjoy life and motherhood and find your balance. This begins by investing in yourself and in therapy because you deserve to life the life you want.
As a mom you are the foundation of the family. When you take the time and money to invest in yourself, everybody wins. Improving your mental health can have a ripple effect on the family and improve the way we parent, the example we set for our kids through a healthier relationship, model self-care, and find harmony and balance in the family.
Therapy is a short-term investment for a long term gain.
Our work together is not designed to be permanent. Therapy helps empower you with tools, strategies, and support to help you confidently enter the next chapter of your life.
There is so much we can accomplish together in just a few months and we’ll talk about your goals and your progress all along the way. Some clients do stay with me long term, but most importantly, we’ll make sure that our work, structure, and frequency are a good fit for you.
- Initial Consultation: FREE (click here to book now)
- 50-minute individual therapy session: $150
- I do reserve a limited amount of sliding scale spots with reduced fees for those who qualify. Priority given to BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients. Therapy can be so helpful and payment shouldn’t be a barrier. Let’s chat about sliding scale options or help you get connected to another therapist as needed.

I accept all HSA (Health Spending Accounts), FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Your designated hour is your financial responsibility; therefore you agree to pay the full fee for your appointment for the duration of our therapeutic arrangement. I require 24hrs notice for cancellations. If you do not cancel at least 24hrs prior to your scheduled session time, you will be charged for the full fee of the session.
Do you take insurance?
As a specialty provider, I am not in network with insurance. Paying out of pocket is a great option for people who seek maximum privacy, confidentiality and flexibility in their care as they work with a provider like me who provides expertise and a decade of experience in supporting individuals on their mental health journey.
If you would like to use insurance, you may utilize your applicable out-of-network benefits for our sessions together. I also reserve a few sliding scale/reduced rate spots for individuals in need. Priorities for these spots are given to people of color.
How much will I pay using out-of-network benefits?
If you have out-of-network benefits, they typically will reimburse you for 60-80% of the cost of each session. If appropriate, I will provide you with monthly invoices called a “super bill” that will include all of the necessary information for your claims to be processed. While I do recommend that you contact your insurance provider to find out about your out-of-network coverage, you may have questions about what to ask. I can help!
